By submitting deposits, and completing payment along with this form, you are agreeingthat this is your electronic signature and are also in agreement that there will be no refunds. You also agree to waive liability against Pro Baseball Academy/South Florida Huskies recognizing that your primary coverage is through your own personal insurance provider. You agree you are releasing and hold harmless PBA/SFH with respect to any and all injuries, disability, loss or damage to any person and/or property as well as all employees of PBA/SFH, Broward County Schools, Highland Christian High School and Coral Springs High School. You agree to release and hold harmless PBASFH from any and all liability incidental to your involvement and participation in this program, even if arising from PBA/SFH negligence. You agree you have read, and fully understand, the terms and conditions of this contract you are entering with PBA. You agree that you fully understand that if you, or your player, chooses to quit playing with the team, there will be no refunds. You agree to play with, and for, PBA/SFH with the understanding that all playing time is by the coaches discretion and will accept the amount of playing time that is initiated by the coach. You understand, and agree, that there are no refunds in the event of injuries causing an incomplete playing season. You also understand that there are no refunds due to the rare event that a team is forced to pull out of tournaments due to injuries, vacation, or any reason causing a lack of competitive roster. By submitting deposits, and completing payment, you are accepting and completely understand that at any time a college player can be released from the team by the General Manager receiving no refunds for the position, nor the housing fees paid.
To all parties involved this is a binding contract between the Pro Baseball Academy/South Florida Huskies and the player of record in this registration contract format .
In conclusion, you agree, and understand, that if a coach removes a player from the team there are no refunds.
After application completion, a $310 deposit is required for you to be considered committed and your position secured in our program.
I understand that there is a non-refundable deposit.
All players who have made a deposit to secure their roster position and fail to make the final payment on the designated date, which will be made knowledgeable by email, text, phone call and/or letter, will be released from the team and the deposit is non-refundable.
